Customer’s DECLARATION OF CONSENT to legal requirements on data privacy and telecommunications:
The customer hereby agrees that the ORF may use the information he or she provides (name or company name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, GIS television and radio licence number) to send him or her information by post, e-mail or fax on ORF television, radio and internet programmes and features as well as related information services (e.g. newsletters), technical information (e.g. changes to transmission frequencies and smart cards), information about the ORF and its bodies, information about other ORF products (e.g. internet, SMS and telephone services, products available in the ORF Shop) and about events organised or supported by the ORF (e.g. “Lange Nacht der Musik”, RadioKulturhaus), competitions, promotions and charity appeals (e.g. “Licht ins Dunkel”) and invitations to be an audience member.
The customer further agrees that the information he or she provides may be passed on to subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the ORF (including ORF-Enterprise GmbH & Co KG, ORF Landesstudio Service GmbH & Co KG, Österreichische Rundfunksender GmbH & Co KG, ORS comm GmbH & Co KG, ORF Online und Teletext GmbH & Co KG, ORF Marketing Service GmbH & Co KG, ORF KONTAKT Kundenservice GmbH & Co KG) for the purposes listed above. Since the circle of those to whom this information is sent is subject to change, a current and full list of subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the ORF is available at any time at digital.ORF.at or by phone on 0820 919 919 (max. €0.20 EUR per minute).
The customer can withdraw this consent at any time in writing by sending a letter to the ORF (Würzburggasse 30, 1136 Wien) or an e-mail to rso.freunde@orf.at.
